Refund policy

At Mova Oriented, our priority is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, here is how we can help.

1. Returns Period

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Item Conditions

For Mova Oriented to process your return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Must not have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Retain its original packaging and all tags intact.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns of:

  • Personal or intimate use items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items (unless they have a manufacturing defect).

4. Returns Process

To start the process with us, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to movaoriented@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Our team will respond within 24 to 48 working hours with the next steps.
  • If your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Important note: Unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on the part of Mova Oriented, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 working days.
  • Delayed refunds: If you do not see the refund after 10 days, we recommend contacting your bank first, as there is often a processing time before the refund is reflected.

6. Exchanges

At Mova Oriented, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at movaoriented@gmail.com.
